La Mesa Ejecutiva de la Federación Argentina de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial expresa su más profunda preocupación anta la situación de falta de pago oportuno de los haberes que afecta a los integrantes del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Chubut.
El sostenimiento de los recursos presupuestarios constituye una obligación primaria de los Estados, constituyendo a la vez una garantía básica para la independencia de los Poderes Judiciales y de los órganos que los componen.
La FAM acompaña a la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Chubut en las gestiones que se están llevando a cabo a fin de normalizar la situación de cobro de los haberes correspondientes al mes de Junio del corriente, exhortando a las máximas autoridades de los poderes del Estado de la provincia a comprometer todos sus esfuerzos para brindar una respuesta acorde con la urgencia y gravedad del angustioso contexto.
Hace al respeto de la armónica relación entre los poderes del Estado, ofrecer en forma oportuna una información clara y precisa de las causas que alteran las fechas de cobro como así también generar los canales de diálogo permanente hasta arribar a una superación de la situación.
